Starting a content vehicle, setting up a team, building a content benchmark has become something of a skill set over the course of these four publications. Work also involved managing teams, planning a content calendar, preparing style guides, and building a strong brand identity and a social presence.

Part of the core team that conceptualised, Indianised and launched the Indian edition of the magazine in August 2009 (the first issue was out on stands in February 2010)
