IT

Horror is one of my favourite genres, and though I see the absolute lunacy in enjoying the process of getting frightened witless, I remain an enthusiastic supporter of the Dark Arts, as it were. .
Stephen King, the master of the above mentioned Dark Arts, has written the scariest book I've ever read. I saw the movie as a child, and then read the book, which was - a testament to the writer's skill - far scarier than the movie. To create terror, just with words, relying on the reader's imagination to take it home, is... astonishing. I want​ to grow up to be like him. .
Until then, IT comes to terrify us in September, albeit with a too dapper and styled, and hence less scarier Pennywise. #illustration #doodle
